Author Abhinav Anand: A Scholar in Indian Literature

Abhinav Anand is a dedicated scholar currently pursuing his Ph.D. in English Literature at IIT, Kanpur. With over half a decade of rigorous academic experience, he has honed his skills in critical analysis, conceptual thinking, and coherent writing.

His expertise extends to both qualitative and quantitative research, particularly in the fields of Literature and Higher Education. Abhinav holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English Literature, but his passion for languages has led him to explore Maithili, Bhojpuri, and Hindi literature as well.

Abhinav’s academic journey includes a role as a research assistant at the University of Sussex and a stint as a Curriculum Designer at Kaksha Learning. He has also served as a Creative Writing Mentor at Teach For India and an Educator at Unacademy, where he has shared his knowledge and insights with a wide audience.

Abhinav’s commitment to excellence is underscored by his achievements, including receiving the Sahapedia-UNESCO Fellowship in 2020 and consistently earning University Merit Scholarships during his Master’s program at Ambedkar University, Delhi. During this time, he was not only a Gold Medalist throughout his studies but was also named Student of the Year for the academic year 2017-2018.

Abhinav’s academic journey is marked by a deep passion for literature and a commitment to scholarship, making him a valuable contributor to the world of Indian Language and Literature.
